Initially conceived and launched as a food and beverage exhibition some 20 years ago, the show has continually developed its profile in line with the demands of the Saudi market. The introduction of hotel and catering has, more recently, been followed by the inclusion of food processing and packaging to satisfy the demand of the Saudi food and beverage industry.

This was a biennial event, however, strong demand by the food and beverage industry, as well as the related processing and packaging sector, for an annual exhibition to reflect the buoyant economy and increasing consumer requirements, has encouraged the organiser to reschedule the Kingdom’s comprehensive showcase as a yearly event. Held in Jeddah, the hub of the Saudi food and beverage industry, the annual exhibition will not only continue to provide a platform for new products to the market but also enable suppliers and buyers to react quickly changes within the market and consumer tastes.
