SteelOrbis has announced its first annual Trade Conference and Trading Workshop, held in association with a special IREPAS meeting, in beautiful San Diego, California, USA. The conference venue is the Omni San Diego Hotel in downtown San Diego, overlooking the stunning San Diego bay and PETCO baseball park. The hotel resides in the Gaslamp Quarter, the most festive part of San Diego, in walking distance to many award-winning restaurants, bars and clubs. The conference will kick off on Thursday evening with an opening cocktail party, and will feature four sessions covering long, flat rolled and tubular products, with a number of industry speakers and panels. The Conference will adjourn at noon on Saturday. This conference follows in the same footsteps laid out by IREPAS to become an anticipated yearly event for the steel community.
