Highlights: It is our great pleasure to invite you to the 3rd International and 20th Croatian Congress of Technologists for Post-Harvest Technology ZRNKO 2008.

Congress is being held since 1985, and it is a Congress of scientists and experts from the field of post-harvest technology of cereals and oil seed plants, horticultural products as well as scientists and experts dealing with energy production from renewable sources.

Congress aims to create a multidisciplinary forum from the field of post-harvest technology, human nutrition and feed
technology. In order to make papers available in the
European Union as well as in Republic of Croatia, they will be published in Agriculturae Conspectus Scientificus, scientific journal of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Zagreb.

Papers issued in the journal are regularly cited in the following data bases: CAB, BIOSIS and Elsevier/GEO Abstracts.
