Highlights
World Congress on Information Technology (WCIT) forums have been held in international cities such as Taipei, Taiwan, Adelaide, Australia and Athens, attracting global leaders from the information and communications technology industries as well as forward thinking leaders from governments and industries worldwide who regard technology as an important enabler.
The event is held biennially, or once every two years, on a different continent. It is the signature forum of the World Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA), a consortium of 73 information technology (IT) industry associations that represents over 90% of the world's IT market.
